It is with a very heavy heart that we inform everyone that on Sunday 6th April we sadly lost our club secretary of over 45yrs, Don Brydon.

Don was an ever presence in the club, supporting minis up to 1st XV, and for him to know that 1st team gained promotion the day before, he would have been over the moon.

He was a friend to many and he will be sorely missed by everyone from MRUFC.

Rest easy The Don, the gentleman’s, gentleman.

The funeral service will take place at 11:00am at St Bede’s Chapel at Teesside Crematorium on 25 April.
