The MRUFC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday, 25 June 2025 at Acklam Park.

As well as summarising the season just past and updating interested parties with the state of affairs, the AGM gives everyone a chance to have their say and propose or vote for those volunteers who have put themselves forward.

A list of volunteers and vacancies is available on the club notice board. If there is something you wish to put yourself forward for, then do so. Please do not use this notice to put forward someone else unless you have their express permission.

Although the meeting is set to start at 7:30pm, attendees are asked, where possible, to arrive at 7:00pm to prevent distraction once the meeting gets underway.
