On Sunday we had our end of season mini and junior players and families fun day.

Two hundred and thirty people enjoyed games of touch rugby, a barbeque and music from Provenance a Teesside indie outfit, and recent winners of the NE Volume Music Bar Battle of the Bands competition. The band is made up of members Theo Formby-Jackson (vocals/rhythm guitar), Joe Bradford (lead guitar), Harry Blythe (bass guitar) and Jack Obern (drums). A special shout to Brooke who stepped up to join the band for a few numbers, including a duet with her father.

The accompanying image shows the proud dads and grandads who played a game of touch rugby against the U14s and duly taught the young ones a lesson :-).
